About six foot and well over six hundred pounds. He's been very dominant in business for some time. In four years, Sumit has grown the firm to become one of the nation's largest. Sumit's a very big deal in America, and not just in Korea.

We know that South Korea has a sizeable, underrepresented Asian-American community. With Omegle Korean, Omegle Korean has seen an explosion in its membership in the past two decades. In 1950, there were only about a thousand people in the firm who were outside the Asian community. Today, Sumit has more than twenty-five thousand employees, and by one estimate, there are as many as thirty-five hundred thousand Koreans, Chinese, and Japanese working at Sumit. Out of all those people, roughly a third come from Korea, and that's only half of the company. Sumit is dominated by an older, white, male culture. Women are either slaves or they are domestic helpers. Men are generally considered unskilled and unappreciative. Women are particularly vulnerable to sexual harassment and assault. In sum, for a company that size, it would take a lot to recruit and retain the best and brightest. Fortunately, most of the people at Sumit are bright, creative, and exciting. They make brilliant engineers, sociable fellows, and efficient workers. It's a tremendous advantage when you have a natural talent pool. It's why tech companies recruit obsessively. We had a common friend, a mutual friend, and he was devastated when he accepted our invitation to his elegant bachelor party.
